Online Health Food Shopping
I have always been a little old-fashioned when it comes to shopping, and it has only been in the last 12 months that I have started to embrace the concept of online shopping. I’m an intuitive person, I like to hold, smell, feel and connect with what I am purchasing, and so I felt like online shopping misses a lot of these aspects.
Until I started getting super busy. I didn’t have has much time to get to the shops and so I started exploring the online world. I discovered that you can often purchase many wholefoods for much cheaper than in the stores. You will save a lot of money by buying things in bulk, and if you have plenty of freezer space, you can store you nuts, grains, flours etc in the freezer until you need them. Placing your grains in the freezer when you first get them is also a good idea to get rid of any nasty weavel’s that may be living in there.
Here is a list of my favourite online health-food shopping resources to get you going. Most of these resources are for Australia only. If you know of any great sites that I have not mentioned, please let me know about them so I can add them to the list!! Enjoy 🙂
