Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP’s) are university qualified allied health professionals specialising in prescribing exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. AEP’s specialise in lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change and restoring optimal physical function, health or wellness.

My passion is in helping people feel awesome in their body, and I do this through lifestyle coaching techniques, injury prevention & rehabilitation, functional training, wholefood nutrition, detoxification, and self-care education.
I approach each new client with an open mind & an open heart. I see you for the beauty you are, even if you cannot see it. I work with your goals, desires, lifestyle, mindset and your unique biology, to help you feel your body & increase your presence.

Pilates is a movement modality that has been developed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints. It is a mind-body workout that will create subtle shifts in your motor control system to ensure that your body is working as efficiently and effectively as possible in your every day life.
Pilates is a valuable tool in my ‘movement tool-kit’, and I use it to support my clients to better awareness & understanding of their body’s movement patterns, breathing patterns, and posture. The Pilates method completely changed my body and I’m forever grateful of the depth of understanding it brought to my work & my own body.
